1. How do I request medication?
On our Home page click on the Order a Consultation tab and fill in all information. Make sure you answer all the questions correctly. If a question is left unanswered it will slow down the processing of your order until the question is answered. If an answer to a question does not agree with your medical records that will stop the processing of your order so you can fully explain the circumstances.
2. What information will I need for my consultation?
You will have to fax in your most current Medical History and Physical (H & P's) pertaining directly to the diagnosis of your Primary Care Physician. Medical records and Doctor's chart notes must be within the last 13 months with current follow up notes.
You will be contacted by a qualified U.S. licensed physician to discuss your condition.
3. At what time can I have my consultation?
You will be able to pick your day and time from the calendar when you register for a consultation. Consultations are provided Monday thru Friday starting at 11:00 am to 9:00 pm EST. If for some reason the Doctor has blocked out a convenient time for you there is an evening appointment calendar that you may use to request an appointment.
4.What type of medical services are provided?
We are not a pharmacy and we are not a medical facility. We take you information and forward it to a US licensed Physician. The final decision of issuing a prescription is at the sole discretion of the Physician.
5. What type of medications can I request?
After you requested a consultation, the doctor will discuss with you what they feel is best for your condition.
6. How much does the doctors appointment cost?
The fee for consultation is all inclusive with the price. If you have checked lately, a doctor's office visit is around $90.00 and you have to sit and wait.
7. Can I get a refill on my prescription?
With the proper current medical records and a current physical examination in many cases a refill can be obtained.
8. Is there a charge for shipping my medications?
Yes, again shipping cost is all inclusive with the price.
9. What methods of payment are accepted?
Presently our manor of payment is C.O.D. We are not accepting major credit cards. The major credit card companies have decided (it does not affect you the consumer) that On-line Gambling, Tobacco and Controlled Substance which is the pain relief medications (should not be processed by the company's that process credit cards(not your card issuing bank.)
